Marketing
- Provides marketing plans and publicity to increase public awareness of programs and activities.
- Creates and generates surveys/questionnaires with analysis for activity managers
- Designs and administers advertising campaigns for new or existing programs
- Acts as squadron public relations representative for base-level FSS events
- Administers AMC and Air Force Services customer programs and contests
- Tracks and evaluates ICE Customer Comment Card data and is the ICE website administrator
- Oversees the Commercial Sponsorship and Advertising Program

The 436th Force Support Squadron (FSS) is dedicated to providing quality programs and activities to a total force of 30,000 including retirees and almost 5,500 active duty and reserve service members and nearly 4,500 family members.
